Fashion and photographic models need to have regular updates to their portfolio as appearances change. Model portfolios can be done in a studio, on location, or if you are signed with Irena’s Model Agency then at a temporary studio at my place.
Model portfolios can also be more of an artistic style, such as 1930's Hollywood glamour, film-noir, boudoir and art/nude styles and genres.
E-Cards and business cards are also an option once the photo is taken and selected - you just need to provide the text.
Additional costs would be a makeup artist and hair stylist, and the hire of a studio. These are optional expenses you will need to pay, but a makeup artist is highly recommended.
Your ability to get work will depend greatly on your portfolio, so it is important you look your best for the shoot. Get plenty of rest the night before and don't come to the shoot with red and bleary eyed. Ensure your outfits are clean and presentable. Consider having your hair and makeup professionally done.
